•. All seals, caps, and protective wraps must be intact.
•. The product must be in the same condition as received.
Not Eligible for Return
•. Opened or used perfumes (due to hygiene and safety reasons).
• Items damaged after delivery due to mishandling or improper storage.
•. Sale or promotional items (optional — tell me if you want sale items excluded or included).
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved:
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
•. Please allow 5–7 business days for processing after approval.
•. Shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable.
